I am a 55 year-old orthopedic surgeon and I have the common problem of overweight. I have not exercised enough. For these reasons, I decided to change my habits and to start a regular exercising. I have never been attracted to so-called fitness centers and gyms. They are better suited to the younger generation of ‘muscle men’, and are not really my way of life.
HealthEx is a different health exercise concept intended for ‘normal’ people. I chose the HealthEx concept for several reasons. It is important to be able to exercise at a time that is suitable for me . The 30-minute exercise session based on the specific concept is a suitable time and it is possible to organize in at least three sessions per week.
It is great that the intelligent equipment recognices me and automatically adapts itself. I hate it with such things and matters to fiddeln. Measuring my performance, changing exercise programs, reporting performance and results improve my motivation. (My motivation improves if my performance, exercises and results are measured). I can increase the level of the resistance easily and simply, if I carry out some more than the given program shows.
Next time if I use the same machine and exercise practise, the resistance will be a little bit higher. I have heard, that in the spring automatic supervision and monitoring of the weighing and weight, will be introduced concerning the performed workout and the achieved fitness level. This will improve certainly further my motivation.
