Health exercise prevents and helps in different problems

HealthEx exercise program includes warm-up, muscle condition training and stretching. The performance of a personal program takes only approximately 30 minutes! At HealthEx everyone can exercise safely and efficiently. All exercises can be done in a seated position with supported back. The resistance equipment is adjusted automatically. Once you have progress in your program, the equipment updates your personal program automatically.
A physiotherapist makes a HealthEx analysis for everyone, studying exercising habits and health-related information which have an influence to the exercise program. On the basis of this analysis, a personal exercise program is formulated and stored on a smart card. The physiotherapist changes the focus of your personal exercise program once a month, so it remains target-oriented, motivating and effective. For each person, our information system stores the exercise information, heart rate information and duration of each session so the monitoring of development is easy. Our advanced reporting system will be developed further. For example an electronic exercise receipt will come and be in use in the near future.
According to research, 30 minutes health exercise made 3-4 times a week is enough to maintain and improve physical condition. Furthermore, in research carried out by the University of Glamorgan, the single-series exercise program was found as effective as the normal three-series exercise.
